Piña Coladas for Two

Putting the Piña back in Piña Colada.

Makes 2 large frozen drinks.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces white Rum (80 proof)
  • 2 ounces Wray and Nephew White Overproof Rum
  • Juice from 2 limes (1.5 – 2 ounces)
  • 6 ounces Coco Lopez
  • 280 – 300 g frozen fresh pineapple
  • 280 g ice

Directions

  1. Blend it up.
  2. Serve it up.
